- Proceed to “Checkout”;
- Fill in your contact information and click “Pay Now”;
- After successful payment, we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the details.
*Please note: Your floral and foliage stems may vary due to seasonal change and availability. We will choose the best quality to create your flower bouquets and arrangements. The end result will be closest to photos as possible.
Terms & Conditions:
- All orders must be placed and paid 2 working days before the specified pick-up date.
- All orders are non-refundable once confirmed.
- After your order is placed, we will contact you by email or by phone within 24 hours to confirm your order. If you do not receive our confirmation, please contact us at (853) 8988 8113 within office hours. If we don´t manage to communicate with you, we will need to cancel your order.
- Delivery service will not be provided for Valentine’s Day bouquet orders. Please collect your flowers at Lobby, Macau Tower.
- Please collect the flowers between 10 am and 6 pm on the specified date.
- Order updates or changes must be requested within 24 hours after placing the order.
Terms & Conditions:
- All orders must be placed and paid three (3) working days before the specified delivery date.
- Free delivery service is only available in the Macau peninsula. For delivery to Taipa, Cotai, Coloane or special delivery services, please contact us at (853) 8988 8113 within office hours, as additional charges may apply.
- The delivery hours are between 10 am and 6 pm; if a delivery is required on a specified time, additional charges may apply.
- Order updates or changes must be requested within 24 hours after placing the order.
- After your order is placed, we will contact you by email or by phone within 24 hours to confirm your order. If you do not receive our confirmation, please contact us at (853) 8988 8113 within office hours, otherwise the order will be considered as cancelled.
- All orders are non-refundable once confirmed.
