Terms & Conditions:

• Voucher Validity
  • Vouchers must be used within the redemption period till 30 June 2024.
  • Restaurant vouchers cannot be used on 1 May, 12 May, 15 May, 10 Jun, and 16 Jun.
  • Reservation in advance is required for the redemption of restaurant vouchers.
  • Observation Deck ticket must be used between the Observation Deck’s operating hours.
  • Souvenirs must be picked up at Macau Tower T1 ticketing counter.
• Terms of Purchase
  • Once purchased, vouchers cannot be exchanged, transferred, refunded, or returned for cash or any other products or services.
• Children Visit
  • Any child aged under 11 must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 or above) with a valid ticket upon admission.
  • Any children under 18 cannot redeem alcoholic beverages.
• Refusal of Admission
  • Macau Tower reserves the right at any time to refuse and/or terminate any visits to Macau Tower without refund or compensation
    • if the visitor violates or fails to comply with the Macau Tower Rules and Regulations; or
    • if the visitor performs unsafe, illegal, or offensive behavior that affects other guests or his/her own; or
    • to ensure safety, security, or order; or
    • if Macau Tower considers that the circumstances so require.
