- A voting poll will be held when the Special edition plush toy are sold out.
- The name with the highest vote will be permanently given to the series of plush toy and displayed at the showcase! With the name of the owner who gave it its new name.

- Macau Tower Souvenirs order should be placed at least 1 day prior the specified pick up date, with full payment settled.
- Upon confirmation, there will be no cancellation or amendment.
- The product cannot be exchanged, transferred, refunded or returned for cash or any other products or services.
- The product must be taken on selected date.
- Please present a valid confirmation email for pick-up.
- Macau Tower reserves the right of final decisions in case of any dispute.
- Macau Tower reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to suspend or terminate the offer at any time without any prior notice.
